This is an opportunity to become part of a highly regarded practice that advises across the full spectrum of corporate, commercial and regulatory matters affecting the insurance market. The team is recognised for its depth of sector knowledge and works with a broad client base that includes insurers, reinsurers, brokers, intermediaries, investors and emerging market participants across both the UK and international markets.

The role offers an excellent balance of transactional, advisory and regulatory work. Acting on matters involving Lloyd’s, the London Market and the wider non-life insurance and reinsurance sector, you will advise on acquisitions, investments, restructurings, distribution arrangements, regulatory change and day-to-day commercial issues. The work is varied, intellectually engaging and often involves complex cross-border elements.
