INTELLIGENCE ASSOCIATE

Division – Enforcement Intelligence & Specialist Services (EISS)
Department - Enforcement Triage, Intelligence & Coordination (ETIC)
Salary - National (Edinburgh and Leeds) ranging from £52,400 to £61,800 and London £57,700 to £68,000.00 per annum (Salary offered will be based on skills and experience)

  • Champion and own projects that strengthen team effectiveness—driving progress with a collaborative mindset and a focus on continuous improvement
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on financial crime and intelligence, offering expert guidance with clarity and confidence to empower colleagues and partners alike
  • Build and nurture strong, values-based relationships—amplifying the FCA’s intelligence impact through inclusive, transparent engagement
  • Support and uplift colleagues through coaching, mentoring and pastoral care, while stepping into leadership roles with flexibility, empathy and purpose
