You will be responsible for ensuring the resilience, performance, and security of critical cloud services, while also contributing to the automation, scalability, and modernization of IT operations. This role requires an excellent technical foundation, a proactive mindset, and the ability to collaborate across global teams to deliver reliable and efficient cloud-based solutions in a regulated financial environment. Reporting to the Associate Director, IT, AzureOps Technical Lead You Will: Diagnose and resolve problems within the Microsoft Azure/O365 environment and Key IT systems to ensure systems are stable and performing efficiently. Manage and resolve high-impact incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Perform day-to-day administration and support of Azure and Microsoft 365 environments, including Exchange, Security, Licensing, and Endpoint Management. Administer and develop across multiple infrastructure platforms including Azure, O365, AWS, and Citrix, ensuring optimal performance and integration. Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, YAML, and Git workflows to support continuous delivery. Apply Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices using tools like Terraform, ARM templates, or Bicep to automate infrastructure provisioning. Identify opportunities to automate and streamline IT operations using PowerShell and workflow tools. Provide technical mentorship to L0/L2 support staff, fostering knowledge sharing and upskilling within the team. Maintain accurate technical documentation, including SOPs and project plans, to support operational transparency and compliance. #LI-Hybrid Qualifications You Have: Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or relevant experience Relevant certifications (e.g., AZ-900, AZ-104, SC-300, MS-700, ITIL) Project Management certification or experience 3+ years in senior IT Systems/Support roles with Cloud Technologies Experience in rollouts and migrations Technical Needs: Proficiency in Azure, specifically O365 Admin consult.
