Senior Associate, Knowledge Management (Multinational Solutions Services Enablement) Gurgaon, Haryana, India The candidate will be part of Multinational Solutions Services Enablement (located in India), supporting all Business Units that write Insurance Multinational Solutions (MNS). The function is an extension of Multinational Solutions Services (MSS), a global function, which deals with the management of the platform, tools, system enablement and overseeing the network for successful implementation of Multinational Solutions. The India team, among other responsibilities, is responsible for maintenance of the knowledge platform which eventually enables AXA XL program underwriters to write compliant Multinational Solutions. What you’ll be DOING What will your essential responsibilities include? Manages the AXA XL Countrypedia tool and plays an integral role in the tool’s performance Manages the governance of Countrypedia answer data and co-ordinates annual Recertification Maintains the Countrypedia Dashboard, Data Dictionary and team’s mailbox Develops knowledge assets within Countrypedia and prioritizes continuous improvements and system connections (e.g. Countrypedia – GISMO connection) Creates reports of various Countrypedia data and presents key findings Manages the governance of MSS SharePoint site Manages the Advisor communication end to end from drafting and issuing the article to updating the MSS SharePoint site Organizes and hosts the ‘MNS Round Up’ training sessions (as well as other ad-hoc trainings) Drives continuous improvement and best practice sharing alongside the MNS implementation value chain Supports the governance function and MNS related projects Continuous development of MNS Knowledge Participation in AXA XL projects and initiatives concerning MNS evolution Adherence to the AXA Group and AXA XL code of conduct, CSR, AML, Data Security and other internal guidelines Understand the terminology used in the Multinational Solutions space to effectively understand the discussion and contribute meaningfully. Understand the business processes around Multinational Solutions with a focus to understand program lifecycle. Develop working understanding of the policy processing tools to understand the implementation process. You will report to Delivery Lead. What you will BRING We’re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills: Required Skills and Abilities: Relevant years of professional experience in the insurance industry, preferably in Multinational Solutions Fluent English language skills – additional languages appreciated Excellent MS Office knowledge Project management experience – planning, organizing, executing and following-through Robust organizational skills, diligence and dedication, good time management Excellent communication and creative writing skills High sense of responsibility and intercultural awareness Service and solution-oriented thinking and actions, data driven mindset Being a team player, openness and enthusiasm in dealing with other cultures Desired Skills and Abilities: Attention to detail.
