Main responsibilities: Provide legal support for real estate transactions, including managing legal due diligence, drafting, and negotiating NDAs, preliminary agreements, share or asset purchase agreements, works contracts, and more. Communicate with clients to understand their commercial goals, legal problems and advise them on how to proceed with their case, providing practical legal advice and support. Develop ongoing relationships with a prominent client base. Ability to work with junior attorneys and organize and oversee their work to best serve client needs. Participate in educational programs to keep up with developments and enrich knowledge Bachelor’s Degree in Law. Master’s Degree in a relevant field is a plus. Qualified attorney-at-law in Greece. Minimum 7 years’ experience in real estate transactions. Excellent written and verbal command of the English language. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Analytical and creative thinker with drafting skills consisting of clear and concise writing and attention to detail. Commitment, integrity and work ethics. Able to demonstrate initiative and ownership, proactivity. Ability to work independently and as a team member under strict deadlines. Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills and commercial awareness.
