• Help deliver engaging onboarding and training experiences.
• Management of our digital learning platform (Vitalograph Centre of Learning).
• Designing and updating learning content.
• Coordinate training sessions and track participation.
• Delivering training courses to employees at all levels of the organisation.
• Work closely with HR and business teams to identify development needs
• Provide reports and insights to help us improve learning across the business
