SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in a management consulting role, ideally within a professional services environment; exposure to retail or FMCG sectors is highly valued.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline such as Business, Economics, Finance, or related fields.
  • Hands-on experience in change management and organisational development, including stakeholder engagement and implementation support.
  • Familiarity with process mapping, operational improvement, and transformation initiatives.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Commercial acumen and structured problem-solving skills, with a passion for driving performance improvement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a structured approach to complex business challenges.
  • Proven experience managing workstreams or projects, delivering high-quality outcomes under tight timelines.
  • Intermediate to Advanced MS Excel skills.

ABOUT THIS ROLE

As a Senior Associate in our Management Consulting team, you will play a key role in supporting performance improvement initiatives for client organisations. You will work closely with project leads and client stakeholders to diagnose business challenges, contribute to solution development, and help deliver impactful outcomes aligned with strategic goals.
