  • Harness stakeholder relationships developed through transaction execution and strong deal flow to be a key part of the origination of further M&A activities
  • Support and contribute to business development activities and preparation of proposal documentation with senior team members.
  • Draft and review marketing materials, including Teaser Documents, Information Memoranda, Management Presentations, Process Letters and Term Sheets
  • Conduct financial analysis and build financial models

You will help our team deliver innovative deal solutions to our clients, providing advice and support, from initiation through to deal completion. This role offers you the opportunity to develop your execution and client coverage capabilities across a broad range of areas including M&A, strategic reviews and capital raisings.

As a Senior Associate or Manager in our M&A team you will demonstrate:

  • strong business acumen and proven ability to support the deal process;
  • project management and multi-tasking ability as a team player with strong organisational skills;
  • a strong sense of integrity and show care for the people you work with.
  • Ideally you will have completed your Bachelor of Commerce or Bachelor of Business degree (or other related degree) coupled with further study (e.g. having completed or studying towards a Masters of Applied Finance, CFA and/or CA).
