WHAT WE DO

A&M provides investors and lenders the answers needed to get the deal done. We combine our firm’s deep operational, industry and functional resources with quality financial accounting and tax expertise to assess key deal drivers and focus on the root cause of any critical deal issues. The largest Transaction Advisory practice outside the Big Four, our global integrated teams help private equity, hedge fund and corporate acquirers unlock value across the investment cycle.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:

• Proven senior level experience in Financial Due Diligence is essential
• Trained at a Big 4 firm within Transaction Advisory (Transaction Services) practice
• Fluent business level of both Dutch and English is essential
• Additional European language skills is a plus

As part of our highly skilled team, the successful individual will:

• Lead teams and deliver Financial Due Deligence projects, working closely with our Managing Directors
• Evaluate potential transactions in the context of a clients’ investment strategy
• Assist with financial due diligence and help to identify key risks against industry benchmarks
• Gain broad industry exposure working with a variety of large-cap and mid-cap private equity houses, corporate clients and financial institutions
• Expand the commercial aspects of your financial analysis skills and gain insight on key drivers and valuation considerations that drive a transaction
• Collaborate with operational, commercial professionals in combined project teams to enhance your knowledge of the broader due diligence and wider deal process
• Have the opportunity to internally network with our other service lines and attend external marketing events to build their professional community
• Help develop junior colleagues while befitting from established formal and informal training program and mentorshi

Our team in Amsterdam is expanding and we are looking for an experienced Senior Associate or Manager to join our Financial Due Diligence team. We welcome applications from individuals currently pursuing careers in the Transaction Advisory teams of Big 4 firms who would like to work in an international and entrepreneurial environment that is free of audit conflicts.
