TAG has established teams in London, Amsterdam, Munich, Frankfurt, Stockholm, Paris, Zurich, Geneva, Birmingham, Madrid, Milan and Dubai. We operate as an integrated team delivering on in-country, pan European and Global projects to leading Private Equity clients, Financial Institutions and Corporates.
Our team in Brussels is newly set up and expanding! We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Manager to join our Financial Due Diligence team. We welcome applications from individuals currently pursuing careers in the Transaction Advisory teams of Big 4 firms who would like to work in an international and entrepreneurial environment that is free of audit conflicts.

As part of a select and highly skilled team, the successful appointee will:

• Deliver complex Financial Due Diligence engagements, working closely with our Managing Directors
• Gain broad industry exposure working with a variety of large-cap and mid-cap PE houses, corporate clients and financial institutions
• Have the opportunity to use the commercial aspects of your financial analysis skills, as well as being given exposure to the key drivers and valuation considerations which drive a transaction
• Work closely with operational, commercial professionals in combined project teams enhancing your understanding of the broader due diligence and wider deal process
• Coach & develop more junior colleagues
• Internally network with our other service lines
• Develop relationships with clients, build your network externally

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:

• Proven experience in Financial Due Diligence (Transaction services) is essential in addition to experience across Private Equity and/ or blue-chip Corporates
• Trained at a Big 4 firm within Transaction Advisory practice
• Fluent English and Dutch language knowledge is strictly required. French or any other additional European language skill is a big plus.
