THE EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR

You are energetic, client-focused and looking to be constantly challenged and to continuously expand your skill set. In addition, you will have:

• 10+ years post admission experience
• Experience working within a Personal Injuries environment ideally with a background in Work Cover / Work Injury matters
• A strong knowledge of the relevant procedural rules relevant to personal injury practice in Victoria
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Demonstrated proactive approach to file management
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal skills with experience providing high level client service
• Experience working in a high-volume work environment

Join our Frankston office as a Senior Associate in the Work Injuries team. With a diverse client base, the work is challenging and rewarding with excellent career development opportunities. In joining the team, you will become part of our experienced group of specialised Lawyers who are passionate about extending justice to everyone who needs it. A key focus of this role will be to provide a seamless client experience supporting our clients to get favourable outcomes.
You will have sound legal technical skills and be experienced in managing your own file load, with demonstrated decision making and analytical skills.
