The Sr Associate will work closely with the Manager on the State Farm audio investment across one of our top clients. They will be responsible for both planning and investing across audio platforms and managing the day-to-day workflow, establishing timelines to meet deadlines. They will also own reporting and post-buy process. Qualifications: 1-2 years of Media Investment experience Knowledge of buying process from Planning to Negotiating, Billing and Posting Knowledge of audience data and research Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint Strong analytical/reasoning skills Ability to collaborate and work in team setting Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal Multi-tasking/organizational skills- ability to own projects and follow through Nice to haves: Experience in National Audio Investment Familiarity with digital audio, including tools such as Prisma, CM360, etc. Experience managing at least one direct report Comfortable presenting information to clients Location: NYC #LI-MB1 This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Compensation Range $40,000—$75,000 USD This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.
