We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate to join our Middle Office team. This role is located in Lake Mary, Florida, and is a hybrid position offering work flexibility. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Responsible for researching and analyzing transactions on behalf of assigned clients, including handling reconciliations and inquiries. Oversee processing, trend analysis, client engagement, TPG review (SLA), process improvement, incident management, and onshore recovery (processing). Manage relationships with assigned clients, ensuring all questions are answered and transaction issues are resolved. Communicate with internal stakeholders and clients to ensure needs are addressed and provide input to Unit Managers on client evaluation and team allocation. To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Bachelor's degree in finance or the equivalent combination of education and experience. 4-5 years of total relevant experience Proven ability to recruit, direct, motivate, and develop staff, maximizing their individual contribution and professional growth. Strong skills in managing team performance, setting priorities, and ensuring compliance with departmental policies and procedures.
