About the Role The Senior Associate, Building Operations oversees complex workplace projects from planning through evaluation, ensuring alignment with organisational goals. This role manages multiple initiatives, collaborates with stakeholders, applies advanced project management techniques, and monitors outcomes for continuous improvement. Responsibilities include identifying risks, ensuring compliance, and driving innovative, efficient workplace solutions. The position supports building operations and projects at 52 Martin Place and various satellite offices, serving the Premier’s Department and other agencies in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. We're Looking For Lead and manage information collection and analysis: Lead and manage information collection, analysis, reporting and project activities to support effective service delivery across the Ministry, department and Premier and Cabinet cluster, ensuring compliance with reporting obligations. Resolve complex operational and service delivery issues: Identify, investigate and resolve complex operational and service delivery issues, incorporating work health and safety considerations into planning, decision-making and solutions. Analyse financial and operational data: Analyse financial and operational data to identify trends and risks, compiling robust evidence to support investigations and inform recommended actions. Build and maintain stakeholder relationships: Build and maintain effective working relationships, communication channels and consultative processes with internal and external stakeholders to support project delivery and ongoing operations. Provide evidence-based advice and briefings: Provide timely, reliable and evidence-based advice, correspondence and briefs to senior leaders and government stakeholders, supporting informed decision-making and branch objectives.
