As we build New Verticals Merchant Services, we’re looking to hire a Senior Associate to be the second hire on this initiative. You will shape the strategy and execution of a suite of software products, inclusive of go-to-market strategy, pricing and packaging, and own success metrics like Merchant NPS, growth, and retention. You will also flex operational strengths by project managing hands-on pilots to help our partners grow. You’ll partner closely with a stellar cross-functional team of engineers, product managers, designers, and business development leans to new products, define new revenue streams, and unlock growth. You will report into a Senior Manager and we operate in a hybrid model.
