Serve as a primary contact for client inquiries and deliverables, ensuring timely completion within service level agreements and escalating issues when necessary. Prepare capital calls, distributions, and investor allocations, ensuring accuracy and alignment with fund documentation. Calculate fee schedules and waterfall models, maintaining compliance with fund terms. Contribute to a positive team culture through regular check-ins, knowledge sharing, and collaboration. Assist management with departmental initiatives, projects, and risk mitigation efforts. #LI-Hybrid Qualifications Diploma or bachelor’s degree in a business-related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in financial services, fund administration, asset management, banking, or client service. Familiarity with investor services processes is an asset.
