Job Description  Adherence to all the regulatory bodies in Australia Achievement of agreed performance targets set by the business Delivery of agreed service agreements with internal customers and where applicable external customers Determining priorities of work.  Ensure that quality assurance targets are met.  Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, external regulations and information security standards Accountability for own performance Engage with customer providing market leading customer service including Partnered Teams/Vendors Engage with WNS internal stakeholders for delivering to the expected levels Qualifications  Graduate in any stream  Experience with handling inbound calls in international process  Prior exposure in Insurance process would be desirable Excellent communication skills Self-motivated and self-directed Problem-solving and analytical skills Customer centricity  Ability to work with speed & accuracy High level of attention to details  Effective decision-making skills Time Management, prioritizing skills Demonstrates empathy and understanding towards client.  Able to Multi Task Receptive to feedback
