Job Description Process: Knowledge of Insurance product and guidelines Fair understanding of Lloyd’s Market i.e. Bureau, Non-Bureau and Company Market Good understanding of reading agreed Signed slips and Endorsements Knowledge/Experience in Policy Administration System  Validate and send Invoice / policy documents to Client i.e. Debit / Credit Note, EOC (Evidence of Cover). Create and validate LPAN manually or generated from Policy Administration System IMR submissions Handling XIS queries and liaising with business for timely resolution  Responsible for maintaining a higher RFT for LPAN submissions  Managing reconciliation query from Accounts team Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders  Knowledge on creating risk and premium bordereauxSkills:- Comprehension skills - understanding requests and be able to apply DPM rules to process the request satisfactorily Written communication skills - English ; ability to articulate responses/queries MS Excel skills - working knowledge of MS Excel MS Word skills - working knowledge of MS Word Basics of Insurance- accreditations are an advantage Proficiency in MS Excel - e.g. pivot tables, Vlookups. formatting, alignments Strong verbal & written communication  Ability to manage & resolve queries - can articulate written and verbal responses satisfactorily for the customer Understanding of upstream/downstream processes Coaching skills Escalation handling skills Documentation skills - is able to create process maps, updated DPMs & manuals Stakeholder communication & relationship building skills Analytical mindset - is able to analyse customer queries and respond appropriately Decision making ability - able to take decisions basis customer history investigation and prior knowledge of Mandatory: - Graduates 3-4 years Experience Mandatory: London Market Work Experience in Underwriting data entry & Should have experience in processing on Applied Epic CSR 24 and Certificate of Insurance Qualifications Mandatory: - Graduates 3-4 years Experience Mandatory: London Market Work Experience in Underwriting data entry & Should have experience in processing on Applied Epic CSR 24 and Certificate of Insurance
