Job Description  Work on Ticketing queues in the GDS-Sabre/Amadeus and take appropriate action. Eg:fulfill tickets, process ADM's / Process ARC's / BSP's* etc Working on completing data quality checks and completing invoicing activities on multiple tools Communicate with the vendors (Hotels, Airlines and Car Rental Companies) through outbound calls/emails. Adherence to defined KPI/SLA of the process Will work on a 24/7 shift schedule including graveyard shifts, weekends, and holidays. Qualifications  Graduation – School/ College Graduate  Knowledgeable in MS Office Travel Diploma Certificate from IATA Authorized Institute. (preferred)
