For KWS Berlin GmbH, we are looking for an Senior Associate Admin & Payroll (m/f/d) for our Berlin office in order to support our business units in Germany. YOUR PROFILE:

  • You already have experience in Payroll and in SAP-HCM. If you have already worked in a shared service environment, even better!

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for preparing and processing on-cycle and off-cycle payrolls, managing follow-ups with SAP-HCM, supporting standard payroll tasks (e.g. data maintenance), and acting as backup during absences
  • Key User SAP-HCM (PA/PY): identifies needs, creates change requests, aligns implementation with IT, external providers and process testing
  • Serves as the key contact for HR reporting in Germany, developing and delivering a standard reporting catalogue while handling ad-hoc requests, providing Finance with input for closings, audits, and account reconciliation, and overseeing regular compensation processes such as bonuses payments and tariff changes
  • Interface to social security organizations, benefit provider and ELStAM
  • Works daily with different vendors to ensure close collaboration and quality of the services provided
  • Executes payroll related internal controls
  • Manages confidential information and provides tax and social insurance data to government authorities
  • Collaborates with Business Partners by providing support regarding workers council, unions and other official documentation
  • Coordinates projects within the team
