Summary: Reporting to the Team Leader of the Portfolio Management Team, the Senior Associate - Portfolio Management will be an integral part of the team’s success.

Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in the financial sector, including 3 years (preferably with a Management Company (ManCo)/Alternative Investment Fund Managers (AIFM)) and with a focus on portfolio management and/or on portfolio management oversight
- Good knowledge of Luxembourg regulatory frameworks applicable to ManCos, AIFMs, and Collective Investment Schemes (CIS), including UCITS and alternative funds
- Good understanding of multiple asset classes and investment strategies
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
- Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and time management skills, and the ability to perform effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Strong sense of ownership, agency and accountability, managing work independently while escalating issues appropriately
- Team-oriented with a positive mindset and a proactive problem-solving approach, demonstrating initiative, creativity, and adaptability when addressing challenges
- Strong critical thinking skills and a desire to drive positive change and continuous improvements in the control framework and related processes
- Willingness to actively support digital transformation initiatives and innovation
- Proactively keeps up to date with evolving regulatory frameworks, industry knowledge, and market trends, demonstrating adaptability and a commitment to continuous learning
- Solid communication and presentation skills, proficient in delivering compelling presentations to diverse audiences
- Ability to explain financial concepts in a clear, concise and professional manner to clients and stakeholders
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners including building and maintaining strong relationships with the clients; investment managers and other external stakeholders.
Education:
- Master Degree in Finance; Economics, or a related field
- Certifications such as Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Financial Risk Manager (FRM), or Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) are considered an asset
- Fluency in English and proficiency in French.
