SENIOR ASSOCIATE / ASSOCIATE – PRIVATE CLIENT

We are working on behalf of a well-regarded law firm in Worcester seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join their growing team. This is a key role, offered at either Senior Associate or Associate level, depending on experience.

THE ROLE

You’ll take ownership of a complex and varied private client caseload, including:

• Drafting and advising on Wills and estate administration
• Preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Trust creation and tax planning

This is also a leadership opportunity. You will:

• Mentor and support junior team members
• Play a key part in business development initiatives
• Support the team’s ongoing growth and strategic development
