We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Production Services Application Support Analyst to join our insights investment team. This role is located in Chennai. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: proven track record supporting the thinkFolio Investment Management Platform Proven track record of providing support in a fast-paced, user-facing role Strong SQL essential with any knowledge of Cadis, Control M, QlikView and Reporting Services advantageous Structured approach to identification, definition and prioritization of new work Ability to make best use of available resources and identify where external or 3rd party resources are required Can understand advice given from technical specialists and assess the impact in relation to actual requirements Ability to work with incomplete information and to determine dependencies and constraints, likely to be of a highly technical nature Deals confidently with conflict, able to maintain a strong professional relationship whilst resolving difficult problems To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
