We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Program and Project Management to join our Asset Servicing team. This role is located in Pune. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: Active participation in agile delivery within the team by prioritizing at sprint planning, tracking progress through daily scrum calls, and contributing to all other agile ceremonies. Understanding client needs and our tax services, ensuring we facilitate a smooth tax onboarding process for clients and collect relevant tax data attributes to support the ongoing provision of services. Working closely with operational stakeholders, understanding their needs as they relate to system enhancements to support their processes, and addressing any system issues that arise requiring fixes. Contributing to the success of the team by understanding the team OKRs, initiatives, and business objectives, writing and refining stories, and working with Engineering colleagues on story estimation.
