Job Description This is a rare opportunity to help shape a significant large scale public infrastructure project. We’re looking for an experienced architectural leader to join our Brisbane studio, someone who thrives on bringing people together to navigate the complexities of a landmark project. As a Senior Associate, you'll be the projectl point of connection, guiding a large, multidisciplinary team with a calm and collaborative hand. Your role is to foster a strong design culture, ensure the vision holds true from concept to construction, and build trusted partnerships with our clients. What You'll Achieve: Guide and inspire a large multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of design excellence and open collaboration. Shepherd a high-profile, complex project from design through to construction, ensuring the best possible outcome for the community it will serve. Become a trusted partner to our clients, building strong relationships based on clear communication and a shared commitment to quality. Confidently navigate the complexities of ECI and Design & Construct delivery, always championing the integrity of the design. Mentor emerging leaders within the team, taking pride in their growth and the collective success of the project. Qualifications Who We're Looking For: A registered architect (Senior Associate level) with significant experience leading large-scale, complex projects, ideally in the health sector. Significant experience in Project Leadership on complex architecture projects A natural leader with a proven ability to mentor and manage diverse design teams (20+ people) in a supportive way. An excellent communicator who enjoys bringing people together and building strong, collaborative relationships. An expert in design management and coordination processes, with a deep understanding of all project stages. Someone with a working knowledge of Revit and modern, collaborative digital workflows.
