SENIOR ASSOCIATE – PROPERTY SALES & LETTINGS

Salary: £25,000 basic, OTE up to £42,000
We’re looking for a driven and ambitious Senior Associate to join our team and help lead the way in property sales and lettings. In this role, you’ll be a key player in generating new business, managing client relationships, and ensuring sales targets are not just met, but exceeded.
This position offers the opportunity to work across a varied portfolio, identify and convert valuation opportunities, and mentor junior colleagues — all while delivering a consistently high standard of customer service.

EXPERIENCE (ESSENTIAL)

• At least 1 year’s proven track record in estate agency, with consistent results.
• Strong valuation and negotiation skills.
• In-depth knowledge of the property market and related legal requirements.
• Background in sales, business development, and meeting targets.
• Ability to motivate and inspire a team.

EXPERIENCE (DESIRABLE)

• Familiarity with Reapit or similar CRM systems.
• Understanding of the mid-to-high value property market.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential).
• Relevant property or estate agency qualifications (desirable).
