Description

Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required. 4-6 years of experience in a systems quality environment required, and prior financial services or securities industry experience is essential for success. Proven ability to write test plans and use testing tools to plan, execute, and track quality assurance artifacts. Experience managing or supporting small teams of Test Analysts to meet quality goals and schedules. Working/hands-on knowledge in SQL programming and relational databases is a strong plus. Experience with QA test automation tools is highly desired. Knowledge of the Agile software development process is a plus. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft office products, specifically Excel and Word. Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and react to change positively.
