ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Quality Assurance Test Engineer to join our Technology QA team. This role requires experience and knowledge in how to develop test strategy, test cases, develop automation framework for both web and mobile applications and focus on testing Generative AI testing solutions.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Develop test strategy, test plans, test suites for web and mobile applications.
• Support and perform manual testing, identify & document defects as early in the development life cycle as possible.
• Develop and execute test cases for testing functionality, accuracy, and performance of AI-driven applications.
• Analyze test results to identify areas of improvement.
• Identify, analyze, and implement automation opportunities to enhance efficiency.
• Design and develop automation framework and test scripts to validate the functionality, accuracy, and efficiency of software.
• Maintain testing frameworks and ensure software reliability and performance.
• Perform functional, regression integration and performance tests to ensure product stability.
• Collaborate with Developers, Product owners, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide feedback.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in QA, automation tools, and testing methodologies.
