We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate to join our Regulatory Administration team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA (4 days in office, per week). In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Report on and make recommendations around legislation while providing client support as a subject matter expert in a particular area of investment law. Provide clients with materials required by the SEC along with materials for board meetings to address specific legislative issues. Specialize in analyzing and reporting on a specific area of legislation and provide guidance on implementing controls that meet regulatory requirements. Deliver quarterly newsletters and ad hoc news alerts in your field of expertise. Perform calculations needed to answer regulatory questions on behalf of more complex clients. Collaborate with clients' accounting firms to exchange client information and complex data needed for regulatory matters. Participate in client board meetings and act as a subject matter expert. Provide guidance to less experienced colleagues as needed and contribute to the achievement of related team objectives. To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. JD from an accredited law school preferred. 5-7 years of experience preferred. Experience in the securities or financial services industry preferred. No direct people leadership responsibilities.
