If you are a 4PQE(+) Residential Property lawyer looking to take the next step in your career - this could be the opportunity you have been waiting for!
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Residential Property Solicitor to join our client’s renowned Exeter based Residential Property team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property law, with the ability to drive transactions from inception to completion.
You will deal with a very busy caseload of domestic property work. The successful applicant will have experience of handling a wide range of property transactions including sales, purchases, leases, re-mortgages, equity release, shared ownership and transfer of equity and will be capable of working in a busy team.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Qualified Solicitor with relevant experience in residential property law.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex legal concepts clearly.
  • Proficient in IT applications related to legal practice management.
  • Experience working with care plans is advantageous.
  • A background in childcare or experience working with children is a plus but not essential.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail are required for managing multiple cases effectively.
