As a Senior Associate, Restructuring, you will be responsible for supporting the team with the day-to-day procedures involved in both Restructuring Advisory engagements and formal Insolvency appointments, such as Administrations and Liquidations. With training and support provided by more senior members of the team, the successful candidate will work on a range of assignments assisting distressed businesses, from undertaking financial analysis and supporting the drafting of independent business reviews to working on accelerated M&A processes, asset realisations and investigations and statutory credit reporting, all whist liaising with a wide range of stakeholders and ensuring working capital is managed effectively.
