We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join our team as Senior Associate in Hong Kong. You will be involved in a wide range of interesting and challenging deals, often spanning multiple jurisdictions. Apply now to join One team, One Kroll.  Responsibilities As a Senior Associate, you will take risks and adopt change to solve problems. You will be a team player and bring innovative thinking to our Restructuring business. * High‑profile insolvency and restructuring assignments, investigations, and complex cross‑border matters * Assist with the day‑to‑day management of engagements (financial and operational restructuring, official and voluntary liquidations, other formal and informal insolvency and restructuring procedures) * Compile and analyze books and records, conduct inventory of assets, and handle creditor claims * Perform cash‑flow forecasting, financial analysis, and financial investigations * Draft sections of detailed, complex reports and documents for Courts, creditors, and stakeholders * Monitor progress and ensure completion of client work to statutory and client deadlines Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; CA/CPA qualification preferred (or progressing toward HKICPA/US CPA).  * Minimum 3 years’ experience in forensic accounting or audit work; Big 4 audit experience an advantage particularly in auditing real estate and/or energy & resources companies * Strong technical understanding of HKFRS/IFRS/GAAP, audit methodology, risk assessment, sampling and documentation standards preferred * Ability to analyse financial statements, identify potential misstatements, control weaknesses and audit deficiencies.  * Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; capable of reviewing large volumes of documents and extracting key findings.  * Skilled in compiling and organising evidence for use in claims, hearings or tribunals.  * Able to read Chinese and communicate professionally with stakeholders.  * Strong project coordination skills and ability to manage workstreams under tight deadlines.  * Team‑oriented, proactive and comfortable working in fast‑paced, investigation‑driven environments.  * Strong financial and business analytical abilities, with excellent report‑writing and communication skills.             In order to be considered for a position, you must formally apply via careers.kroll.com [https://careers.kroll.com].          Kroll is committed to equal opportunity and diversity, and recruits people based on merit.           #LI-CT1           #LI-Hybrid
