Job Title: Senior Associate, Retail Account Management (Key Account - Ecommerce) Location: Bangsar South, KL Department: Sales As a Senior Associate, Retail Account Management for the ecommerce team in managing key online retail partners such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and other online channels. You will play an essential role in executing commercial plans, coordinating promotions, ensuring operational excellence, and supporting the team in achieving sales targets and online market share growth. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with data, digital platforms, enabler and cross-functional teams. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day ecommerce operations including product content accuracy, listing updates, pricing checks, and promo setup. Coordinate, execute, and support end‑to‑end campaign mechanics for major mega-sale events (e.g., 3.3, 6.6, 9.9, 11.11, 12.12), as well as other key promotional initiatives as required. Monitor stock levels, forecast needs, and work closely with Enabler, Supply Chain and Customer Service to avoid out-of-stock situations. Support Manager in preparing Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and maintaining customer relationships. Analyze sales performance, traffic, conversion rates, and category trends; provide insights and recommendations. Manage trade spending, claims documentation, purchase orders, and platform-related administrative tasks. Collaborate with E-Marketing teams to ensure campaign assets, product imagery, and copywriting meet brand standards. Track competitor activities include pricing, assortment, and promotional strategies. Required Skills / Experience / Competencies: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Marketing/ Customer Marketing Minimum 5 years experience in commercial roles (with 2 years in Trade Marketing/Customer Marketing is preferred) FMCG background will be an added advantage Strong analytics and planning skills Computer literacy in MS Excel and MS Powerpoint is a must Good command in Nielsen Advisor Job Requirements: Permanent – full time job No relocation eligibility Benefits & Culture: SC Johnson is committed to providing a Great Place to Work for all its employees.
