Role: We’re seeking a Senior Associate to lead and manage the production of design + build projects. This role combines hands-on design work, team leadership, client interaction, and project coordination to deliver high-quality results from concept through construction. Responsibilities: · Manage the design + build team’s production of project drawings and specifications. · Lead graphic presentation efforts and client project presentations. · Prepare Construction Documents and detailed specifications. · Coordinate field reporting and monitor projects in progress. · Support sales efforts, including proposal preparation and client communications.
