Your key responsibilitiesTechnical Excellence Proven experience in conducting buy-side and sell-side due diligence to support informed decision-making in mergers and acquisitions. Strong analytical skills in financial forecasting and assessment of industry-level data to derive actionable insights. Demonstrated ability to evaluate and analyze outputs to assist in strategic development for various clients. In-depth knowledge of the energy sector and power utilities, contributing to sector-specific advisory services. Ability to integrate general consulting skills into infrastructure advisory projects, ensuring comprehensive client solutions.
