We are seeking a highly capable and driven Senior Associate to join our investment team, with a focus on sourcing, evaluating, and executing investments in the Business Services sector. This role offers the opportunity to take on significant responsibility across the deal lifecycle and contribute meaningfully to portfolio company growth and strategy.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 4-6 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or strategy consulting, with direct deal experience
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills
• Proven ability to manage complex transactions and cross-functional diligence processes
• Deep interest or prior exposure to the business services sector
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred

• Lead and support end-to-end deal execution, including sourcing, diligence, financial modeling, and transaction structuring
• Conduct deep industry research and competitive analysis to identify attractive investment themes within business services
• Develop and present investment committee materials with clear, data-driven recommendations
• Collaborate with management teams and operating partners to drive post-investment value creation initiatives
• Monitor portfolio company performance and assist in strategic planning, budgeting, and exit preparation
• Mentor and manage junior team members, contributing to a collaborative and high-performance culture
