Collaborate with engagement team or onshore team - Reporting / MIS / Billing / KPI / Dashboard / Issues / Queries / Etc. Ensure work done is within the budget and deviations have valid explanations Perform review work for accuracy, completeness, and well-reasoned conclusions and complete status documents Excellent written, oral, presentation and facilitation skills Ability to coordinate multiple projects/engagements/process and initiatives simultaneously through effective prioritization, flexibility and self-discipline Proactive, organized and self-sufficient with ability to prioritize and multitask Ability to quickly and easily create/ gather/ analyze data from a variety of sources Work in challenging environment during peak period / based on business requirement Remain up to date on ESS practice Delivering high quality and meeting high expectations Handling tight turnaround challenges
