Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We are currently seeking a Senior Associate (6 years plus PAE) or Special Counsel (8 years plus PAE) to join our Dispute Resolution practice in Canberra working with Melanie McKean and Rob Andersen. The successful candidate will work in a cohesive team on a broad range of government-focused litigation and disputes work, including class actions, complex civil claims, regulatory litigation, complex commercial work, merits and judicial review work, investigations, royal commissions and parliamentary inquiries, and advice for clients in those areas.

  • 6 years plus post-admission experience (experience in private practice, AGS or a Crown Solicitor’s Office will be highly regarded);
