We are seeking an experienced and driven Sr. Quality Test Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about delivering high-quality software solutions through efficient QA strategies, automation, and collaboration. You will play a critical role in defining quality standards, leading test efforts across projects, and ensuring smooth and timely delivery of enterprise-level applications.

• Manage QA efforts across multiple projects with cross-functional teams.
• Define and promote best practices in software testing and quality assurance.
• Plan, design, and execute test strategies including functional, regression, system integration, load, and performance testing.
• Write, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, MABL, or similar.
• Review and validate test coverage and test results to ensure quality delivery.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business stakeholders to ensure requirements are met.
• Support and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business users.
• Troubleshoot issues, conduct root cause analysis, and maintain defect logs.
• Continuously improve testing strategies through automation, process enhancements, and emerging testing methodologies.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and share knowledge across QA and development teams.
