MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in management consulting, business operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 2 years of experience with an advanced degree.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience influencing at different organizational levels.
  • 3 years of experience in advertising, consultative business, business development, or a digital media environment.
  • 2 years of experience creating data sets, data modeling, and reporting.
  • Experience in critical business areas, with understanding of the broader industry and engaged landscape.

Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic thought leadership to enhance activation, explore new business opportunities, and improve execution.
  • Manage key initiatives, such as Planning, the Plays Program, and Specialist Cadence, to advance pGTM priorities, ensuring structured thought leadership and thorough follow-through.
  • Collaborate with peer teams in product Go-to-Market (pGTM) to formulate a cohesive, cross-product strategy and operational framework for Americas large customer sales (LCS).
  • Influence internal cross-functional leadership, including Product, Business, gTech, Ads Finance, and other GTM teams, regarding product strategy and commercialization.
