About the Role As the Senior Associate, Strategy and Coordination you will join the Investment NSW Group within the Investment Delivery Authority (IDA) team. The IDA facilitates large-scale infrastructure projects from the private sector and identifies reforms to boost competition and productivity in NSW. This is an opportunity to contribute to high-profile work that helps remove barriers to investment, accelerate major projects and support productivity and economic growth across NSW. As a Senior Associate in the Secretariat team, you will work at the centre of the IDA's operations, leading coordination across government and industry to support strategic decisions, governance processes and major investment outcomes. We're Looking For Strategic policy and project judgement: demonstrated experience working through complex policy, project or operational issues, using evidence and sound judgement to develop practical advice, options and recommendations. Complex stakeholder coordination: strong capability to build trust and coordinate input across senior government, industry and cross-agency stakeholders, particularly where interests, priorities or timeframes may differ. Investment and reform mindset: ability to understand barriers to investment, productivity or project delivery, and contribute to solutions that support major projects, economic outcomes and system-wide improvement.
