We are experienced operators, world-class consultants, former regulators and industry authorities with a shared commitment to telling clients what is really needed for turning change into a strategic business asset, managing risk and unlocking value at every stage of growth.
A&M’s Private Equity Performance Improvement (PEPI) practice focuses on serving upper middle market and large cap private equity firms who have engaged A&M to diligence potential acquisition targets in pre-deal situations as well as help improve operating results at their portfolio companies. Our area of expertise is integrated pre-deal due diligence assistance and supporting performing companies to deliver a growth strategy as well as supporting under-performing with a need to reorganize or take costs out. Working directly with company management, A&M helps stabilize financial and operational performance by developing and implementing comprehensive profitability and working capital improvement measures.
A&M’s Supply Chain professionals assist our clients in analyzing each part of the supply chain process including: Strategic Sourcing and Procurement, Logistics and Distribution, Integrated Demand and Supply Planning to identify value creation opportunities, develop a roadmap to accelerate those opportunities and assist with driving them to our client’s bottom line.
