The Tax Department also oversees all facets of foreign tax reporting. What You Will Get To Do: Preparation of more complex funds; begin transition into a Reviewer role Split review/preparation time with the ratio being dependent upon experience level and department needs Assist with the research and resolution of issues that arise Thorough understanding of common tax adjustments associated with private equity funds Able to operate independently and effectively multi-task Peer training and providing meaningful feedback in timely manner Complex ad hoc requests and research Assist with client expectations What You Will Bring: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field Licensed CPA or eligible to sit for CPA Minimum of 2 years’ of relevant work experience Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Suite products, especially Excel and Outlook Good written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to meet deadlines Team player mentality and detail-oriented Thank you for your interest in SS&C!
