Overview:
TRC is seeking a Senior Associate to join our Technical Services team and lead a range of fleet sustainable fuel projects for our clients. Our ideal candidate will possess advanced analytical, organizational, problem solving, and communication skills. The Senior Associate reports to the Fleet Strategic Transition Manager.
This group maintains a diverse set of clients, ranging from commercial fleets to policy makers and environmental advocacy organizations. Our Technical Services team provides an equally diverse set of capabilities to our clients, including emissions modeling, lifecycle analysis, technical and economic feasibility assessments, policy analysis, charging/fueling infrastructure assessments, technology planning, and more. Consequently, our work requires developing new approaches to answer complex questions. Candidates must have a “can-do” spirit to take on new challenges, an ability to adapt to unforeseen challenges, and a willingness to work hard in a deadline driven environment. Interdisciplinary, entrepreneurial thinkers with the ability to communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences will thrive in our office and with our clients.

Compensation: In accordance with local law, the below salary range is applicable for the job and location associated with this requisition. Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, geographical location, and other compensable factors.
Other Compensation: Employee may be eligible for participation in the Company’s annual Discretionary Bonus Program which is contingent on Company, Business Segment, and Individual performance against Key Performance Indicators which vary by year and employee.
