Job Overview 综述 Ensure that all aspects of the reliability plan are being followed adhering to the 4 core principles including preventive maintenace, equipment repair according to their capabilities including root cause analysis Responsibilities 职责 Ensure that all aspects of the reliability plan are being followed adhering to the 4 core principles including preventive maintenace, equipment repair according to their capabilities including root cause analysis. Proactively address reliability issues together with Process Expert /Material Mover Maintain daily activity in the process in line with the four manufacturing core principles. Demonstrate support to 4 core principles and implement corresponding roles and responsibilities specified in SQRE plan. Outline activities in the unit Stewardship and Reliability and quality plans. Document in SOP’s, rounds, checklist, etc. Monitor process and equipment for anomalies. Make adjustments & minor repairs along with completing preventative maintenance as per plan. Work with process experts to understand reasons for failure at a fundamental level or elevate analysis when failure mechanisms cannot be identified. Minor breakdown, Shift petroling & Autonomus maintenance. Transition cleaning (Screw Change, Vacuum System) Utility change operation , DPV change over, Air compressor changeover. Strand palletizer cleaning/changeover. Utility reading. Maintain 5S in respective area. Other tasks assigned by company. Qualifications 要求 5 Years experience and ITI in mechanical.
Responsibilities
