We're seeking a future team member for the role of Transaction Manager, to join our Corporate Trust team. This role is in Sydney- Hybrid work model. Currently the APAC Transaction Management Team consists of 11 team members across Australia, Singapore and Hong Kong. Each Transaction Manager reports directly to the APAC Head of Transaction Management The successful candidate will need to have experience as a Transaction Manager or Lawyer working across a variety of Debt Capital Market instruments but primarily with Securitization documentation experience. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Be the primary point of contact for the client and their counsel following successful mandate on a new transaction. This includes liaising with the Business Development Team, appointing external Counsel, negotiating documentation in line with BNY Standards. The role will also involve presenting the transaction to various internal stakeholders and approval committees. As the appointed Transaction Manager, you will be responsible for managing the transaction through to successful close and then transitioning the deal to the ongoing Client management team. If successful, the Transaction Manager will be required to be very familiar with BNY Polices and Procedures and have a commitment to ongoing learning and development of Products serviced by BNY. The candidate will need to have experience of managing various transactional stakeholders and their competing interests.
