As Senior Associate/Manager, you’ll own transaction-related financial and accounting matters, working at the intersection of finance, strategy, and execution. Partner with high-performing, cross-functional teams in a dynamic, multinational environment, leveraging your expertise for the creation of sustainable and resilient real estate portfolios on a global scale. Job Location Singapore Reporting To Head of Transaction Services Finance Key Responsibilities Own all transaction-related financial and accounting matters for APAC real estate transactions Lead and oversee financial due diligence for real estate acquisitions and divestments (direct and indirect equity), including across multi-tier international structures and platforms Negotiate key financial terms in SPAs, JVAs, and other agreements, including purchase price principles and related clauses Review and support financial modelling for acquisition and disposition structures Document technical IFRS and local GAAP accounting assessments, with clear implications and seamless handover to post-deal investment and accounting teams Manage post-deal integration, restructurings, and technical accounting issues during the holding phase Key Requirements Minimum 4 years of professional experience in an international audit/consultancy firm or in a M&A department with a focus on financial due diligence University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field Extensive knowledge of accounting regulations according to IFRS Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in additional languages is a plus Proficient in MS Office Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to simplify complexity into meaningful insights for clients and stakeholders Target-oriented and hands-on approach, able to prioritize tasks effectively and adapt quickly to new challenges Excellent negotiation and influencing skills, and a dedicated team player Additional qualifications such as CPA, CA, CFA are desirable
Responsibilities
