What you’ll do

Your tasks.

• Preparation of transfer pricing documentation (Local Files) for group companies
• Supporting the maintenance and further development of the transfer pricing system in the group
• Conducting arm’s length analysis related to tangible, intangible, financial and services intra-group transactions to plan, implement and defend the transfer pricing system
• Supporting business reorganization / restructuring projects from a tax transfer pricing perspective

What we are looking for

Your profile.

• Several years of professional experience in transfer pricing, preferably at a Big4 company or a big multinational group
• Good business, economic and tax understanding of cross-border relationships within a multinational group
• Good knowledge of the OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines
• Experience in the German transfer pricing regulations and German administrative principles is advantageous
• Very good knowledge of MS Office Tools
• A quick comprehension and networked thinking
• Fluent English; good German language skill is advantageous
