Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day logistics and transportation activities.
• Coordinate delivery schedules and ensure timely dispatch and receipt of materials.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams.
• Track shipments and resolve transportation or delivery issues.
• Manage logistics personnel, drivers, and third-party logistics providers.
• Ensure proper documentation for shipments, deliveries, and inventory records.
• Optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Coordinate with project teams, suppliers, and subcontractors regarding material requirements.
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company procedures.
• Prepare logistics reports, KPIs, and operational updates for management.
• Monitor vehicle utilization and coordinate maintenance schedules when required.
• Handle customs, import/export, and freight activities if applicable.
