• This role requires a highly experienced and knowledgeable professional who can take ownership of warehouse processes, ensure inventory accuracy, identify opportunities for process improvement, and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of warehouse operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Proven expertise in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
• Certification in forklift operation and a strong understanding of warehouse safety best practices (e.g., OSHA).
